Return & Exchange Policy

At Accessories Matter, we take pride in offering trendy, affordable, and high-quality fashion pieces. Due to the nature of our boutique and for hygiene and safety reasons:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please ensure all details (including size, color, and shipping address) are correct before placing your order.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Info@accessoriesmatter.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support of Accessories Matter. 💕

Final Sale

All Sales are final. However, if an item is too not the proper fit in size we are willing to exchange the merchandise for equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

If you find an item to be damaged, defective, or incorrect; please contact a Customer Service representative before

returning your item so that we may assist you accordingly.

 

 

An order that is refused will be charged the original shipping plus the return shipping it takes for the package to get

back to our facility. All orders shipped via USPS are subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Service” as detailed on

USPS.com
